IBC Totes are standardized containers designed for the centralized storage, transportation, and dispensing of liquid materials. With a top-fill and bottom-drain structure, they can be directly connected to food-grade hoses, stainless steel pipelines, metering pumps, or gear pumps for safe, stable, and efficient liquid transfer. Ideal for liquids like release oils, IBC Totes support regulated stacking and containerized shipping, offering excellent temperature resistance and operational safety. Baking industry: demolding of cakes, bread, toast, molds and baking trays; confectionery and food processing: demolding of candy molds and chocolate molds; automated food production lines: continuous spraying and centralized oil supply demolding station; suitable for demolding oil systems that use IBC ton containers for centralized storage and oil supply.
Filling method: Fill the release oil through the top filling port, ensuring the filling volume does not exceed the highest mark on the container; Oil supply method: Drain the liquid through the bottom discharge valve, connect the oil supply line after installing the guide pipe and gasket, open the valve clockwise to supply oil, and close it counterclockwise; Storage requirements: Store under a shade structure, avoiding high temperatures and direct sunlight, filling temperature <60℃
Baking release oil, candy release oil, food-grade release oil (suitable for automatic spraying systems), and release oils with different formulations can be selected or customized according to process requirements.
Optional spraying equipment: stainless steel release oil spray gun, automatic sprayer, multi-point or fixed-point spraying system; Optional oil supply hardware: food-grade hoses or stainless steel pipelines, metering pump/gear pump, filter device, IBC bottom oil outlet assembly.
Spraying time and spray volume control, linkage with production line cycle, PLC or touch screen control system, used to reduce oil consumption and improve spraying consistency.
