The machine is equipped with a German Festo precision gas filter and pressure reducing valve, automatically controlling atomization and spray pressure to ensure stable spraying quality. For 800×800 molds, the spraying speed can reach 3-4 seconds per pan, significantly improving production efficiency.
Additionally, the SEADROPS stainless steel spray gun from Haidi TianTu uses multi-stage airflow technology with ultra-high atomization capacity, spraying diameter ranges from 3cm to 12cm, making it ideal for high-viscosity release oils.
